Self Evaluations
- Today you will be completing a self-evaluation on your employability skills.
- I will give you a handout to complete and have ready to go when you have your grade meeting with me.
- You have THREE things to complete:
- Rate yourself from a scale of 1-5 in each area on the paper.
- Total your score and write at the bottom.
- On the back write a reflection explaining EACH AREA of why you rated yourself the way you did and how you could improve in the next 9 weeks of class.
- Be prepared to talk and SHARE this SELF-evaluation with me when we meet.

New Modules TODAY!
1. You will rotate to the NEXT module on the blog (For example, if you were in Module 1:Robotics, you are now in Module 2: App Inventor/Web Design, if you were in Module 9: Cyber Safety, you are our new Robotics team!)
2. You will use the SAME journal to keep recording your daily activity.
3. I will post grades for module 1 later in the week.
4. Remember if you have questions, there is now someone else that has completed this module so there are more experts in the room!

Question of the day: How competitive are you?
I am very competitive! I love the feeling of success and a win, especially when you know you have worked hard and tried your best at something.
I also think that sometimes there are bigger and more important things in life than winning.
My mom always told me in those times I was "building character". Not always a fun thing!

Day 2: Question of the day: Are you a good listener?
I have to work really hard to be a good listener. My brain thinks fast and sometimes when others are talking I start thinking about how I am going to respond or if I get a question in my own brain while they are talking, then I get distracted. So....I am working REALLY hard on concentrating and focusing to be a better listener!
GOALS FOR TODAY:
1. Answer question of the day.
2. Get your module #.
3. Start on your module! DON'T forget to put stuff in your journal!!!
