Question of the day: What kind of feedback helps you improve?
It is rare for someone to like to be critiqued, however that is what helps you get better.
I LOVE feedback. Specific feedback. Honest feedback. It helps me know what I am doing wrong so I can fix and improve it and get better! I heard someone say on TV yesterday, "There is a difference between being tough and being mean" and I agree with that statement and can also say I love when someone is tough on me, it makes me better.
